It’s cold
here, I’m frozen, and it’s barely a degree!
Hear that
beach calling? Imagine the sun shining by the sea?
Could
sure use the vacation, just want to break loose and flee!
Need to put in for the time
off, surely the boss will agree?
One week, nah…two weeks, oh
heck why not three?
Hey, I’m heading for Hilton
Head. I can withstand this freeze!
Where are the swim trunks? My
short shorts, the golf clubs and tees?
Load up on sunscreen. Oh boy,
the bikini! It’ll be a tight squeeze!
Bring out the beach towels
and luggage… packing is a breeze!
Stop the mail, hold the
paper, call the kennel… oh geez!
Change the oil, check the
tires, get the map yes, …indeed!
Clear the calendar, call the
coach, no more practices… please!
We’ve decided, Yeah we’re
going! Now let’s call Patti T.
Send her off that deposit.
She’ll mail the gate pass and keys.

Our list of rules and
procedures to follow:
1.
Call me to inquire about a specific date and I’ll pencil your name in to
hold it.
2.
Confirm your week with a deposit of $ 200.00 (Sorry, first come, first
serve!).
3.
Upon receipt of full payment I will arrange a security pass and mail the
keys.
4.
Return the keys after your stay in the envelope provided.
5.
Check in 3:00PM - Check out 10:00AM (Saturday-Saturday).
Answers to some frequently
asked questions:
1.
Linens are provided with the exception of beach towels.
2.
Washer and dryer included.
3.
Cooler located in the kitchen pantry.
4.
Beach chairs, beach toys, high chair, porta-crib, VCR
and grill are available.
5.
Arriving early or leaving late? - Call me to arrange, I’ll try to
help.
6.
Unopened grocery items left behind are left to cleaning’s service
discretion.
7.
Garbage days? - Tuesday and Friday.
8.
Beach access? - The Palmetto Dunes Guests/Disney Resort Beach House
(Right at corner left into second driveway, parking on left hand side of
lot).
9.
Suggested grocery store, Publix, located within the Walmart Plaza.
